Scheduling Requirements

  • We accomodate ambulatory customers only.  This means you must be able to walk without assistance.  A walker or wheelchair is acceptable as long as it can be folded up and you can get in and out of a vehicle with minimal assistance.  

  • The first time you schedule an appointment you will be required to complete a waiver.  Once a waiver is completed,  we will keep it on file for future bookings. 

  • You will be asked for a credit card to reserve your appointment time.  

  • You can pay the driver at the end of your appointment with cash, check or credit card.  A receipt will be provided upon request.

  • A 24 hour notice is required for cancellations.  A $25 cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file for cancellations without a 24 hour notice.
